Personal Legal Review
As a matter of good practice, we should all review our personal arrangements regularly. Our circumstances change over time and with them our priorities. What was important to protect in our twenties may be far different in our forties or when retirement is imminent. Likewise, in our later years, doubtless we will find that our situation has changed yet again.
A personal legal review looks at your individual needs regarding:
⚬ Powers of attorney
⚬ Use of tax allowances
⚬ Residence and Domicile
⚬ Estate planning
⚬ Probate matters
⚬ Property ownership
⚬ Employment and business
⚬ Disputes and potential claims
⚬ Family law issues
During a consultation of up to 60 minutes in the comfort of your own home or office, we can highlight those legal areas of concern that ought to be addressed by you and your spouse or partner. A fee of £99 is payable (for any meeting within a 25 mile radius of our office), which is credited if further instructions are received. There is no obligation to instruct Hames Private Clients Limited
The review will be conducted by an independent Barrister of over 30 years’ experience and all expected and usual professional standards will be adhered to, including privacy and confidentiality. No information will be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
